Sew Chipper 15-Day Return Policy

At Sew Chipper, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Eligibility for Returns
1. Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
2. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
3. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process

2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refunds
1. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
1. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the new item and size desired when you contact our customer service team for the RMA number.
2. Exchanges will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item.
3. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
